ING is seeking a Head of WB COO Transaction Services to set the global operations strategy across Daily Banking, Client Services and Trade. Lead a ~700+ team across multiple regions, delivering scalable, AI-driven operational excellence and transformation for ING Wholesale Banking.

You will partner with AI experts to drive agents, models and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across a globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or comparable field.
• 15+ years in senior management with COO agenda.
• Proven ability to set strategy and translate to execution.
• Transformation mindset with AI adoption stance.
• Strong executive leadership and communication skills.
• Constructively critical leadership balancing strategy, risk, and priorities.
• Value-based leadership over checklists.

Responsabilités

• Set the global WB COO strategy for Daily Banking, Client Services and Trade and ensure rollout.
• Drive global operations at product level; lead Payments, Trade and Client Services delivery.
• Serve as COO sparring partner for WB Global Head of Transaction Services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust operational risk management and reporting.
• Embed AI-first strategy across products by collaborating with AI experts.
• Lead and develop the senior management team for a global workforce.
• Manage complex international stakeholder landscape.
