Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a Head of WB COO Transaction Services to set the global operations strategy for Daily Banking, Client Services and Trade, translating ING’s AI-first ambition into scalable delivery for 5,000 clients.

You will lead a global team across seven direct reports and hundreds of colleagues, driving transformation, regulatory compliance and risk management while embedding AI across product suites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or a comparable field.
• 15+ years in senior management roles.
• Strong experience in Daily Banking, Client Services and Trade.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Transformation mindset with AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set the global WB COO strategy for Daily Banking, Client Services and Trade.
• Drive global operations at product level and steer delivery.
• Act as COO sparring partner for the WB Global Head of Transaction Services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
• Embed the AI-first strategy across the full product suite.
• Lead and develop the senior management team and global workforce.
• Manage complex international stakeholder landscape across teams and regulators.
