SOUS is hiring a Global Head of Sales to own new business revenue across the Netherlands, Germany and South Africa. You will lead Sales Leads and Account Executive teams, building an organisation that scales from startup to category leader.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS or tech sales in multiple markets.
• Experience building or running sales across countries and regions.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set global sales strategy, targets and forecast for multiple markets.
• Lead and coach Sales Leads and Account Executives across markets.
• Turn outbound motion into a scalable, repeatable playbook.
• Hire, ramp and structure the sales organisation, including compensation.
• Own CRM discipline in HubSpot and drive pipeline coverage.
