Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to develop strategic solutions for banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally. The role bridges external partners with Tether's product teams, leveraging stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other solutions to design tailored infrastructure.

This hands-on leadership position requires deep financial knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, and tokenization.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.
• Ability to work across product, technical, legal, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally.
• Translate customer needs into tailored financial infrastructure solutions leveraging Tether products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-product projects and partnerships.
• Own engagements from initial outreach through structuring, execution, and scale.
• Monitor project success with KPIs and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
