Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is offering a 5- to 6-month internship starting February 2027 to gain practical experience in sales, hospitality, and business while working with a diverse, international team. Responsibilities

• Turn enquiries into bookings by recommending rooms, rates, and experiences.
• Identify upselling opportunities to boost revenue and conversions.
• Assist guests across channels (email, phone, chat) with solutions.
• Support team to meet revenue, conversion, and guest-satisfaction targets.
• Learn how sales, reservations, pricing, and operations intersect.
