Business Sweden in The Hague seeks a Senior Consultant to help Swedish companies expand internationally and navigate complex markets across the Netherlands and Europe. You will lead consulting projects, advise clients and support sales and business development initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, client delivery and cross-border collaboration, based in The Hague. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; Swedish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, Political Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience within management consulting, strategy, corporate development or international advisory environments.
• Proven experience leading client projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in international business environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor to Swedish and local clients in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Lead and deliver consulting and advisory projects in market entry, growth strategy, business development, partner search and M&A support.
• Build strong client relationships and work with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Manage project teams and ensure high-quality delivery through structured project management and actionable recommendations.
• Drive sales activities and proposal development with the Country Manager and Europe-based colleagues.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to a strong commercial pipeline for the Benelux market.
• Collaborate with European and global colleagues to deliver cross-border client value.
