Business Sweden in The Hague seeks a Senior Consultant to help Swedish companies grow internationally and to support international investors entering the Dutch and European markets. You will work with senior executives and stakeholders to deliver market entry strategies and growth initiatives.

You will manage consulting and advisory projects, lead cross-border teams, and contribute to building a strong commercial pipeline across the Benelux by identifying opportunities and shaping client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, Political Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development or international advisory.
• Proven experience leading client projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in international business environments.

Responsabilités

• Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor and help Swedish companies identify growth opportunities in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Lead consulting and advisory projects within market entry, growth strategy, business development, partner search and M&A support.
• Build strong client relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Manage project teams and ensure high-quality delivery through structured project management and actionable recommendations.
• Drive sales activities, client dialogues and proposal development with the Country Manager and colleagues across Europe.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to a strong commercial pipeline for the Benelux market.
