Qualifications

• Staff level+ experience in growth or analytics
• Own growth P&L or significant share of incremental orders/revenue
• Experience building and leading experimentation programs at scale
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across markets and functions
• Experience operating in a multi-market, multi-stakeholder environment

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional growth initiatives with measurable P&L impact
• Define and maintain a structured testing roadmap across key growth levers
• Lead a test-and-learn approach and scale successful initiatives
• Monitor core growth KPIs: orders, MAU, conversion, retention, CAC/CPO, frequency
• Collaborate with Country Leadership and Product/Tech to align growth plans and roadmap
