Job summary

NACOS Marine seeks a Senior Director, Segment Sales – Governmental, to lead and grow the global Governmental segment. You will define and execute the segment sales strategy, drive order intake, and act as the central SPoC for all segment-related commercial activities.

The role combines strategic leadership, key account management, and cross-functional coordination with full accountability for revenue growth and margin performance in the Governmental segment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with strong leadership experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership within a Governmental segment.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Governmental segment sales team and foster ownership and collaboration.
• Define and execute the global sales strategy for the Governmental segment.
• Drive order intake, revenue, and margin performance; maintain pipeline visibility.
• Act as SPoC for Governmental segment sales topics; align needs with product strategy.
• Develop cross-functional interfaces with product management and stakeholders.
