Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Manager FSQA to oversee food safety and quality across its distribution network in DACH and UK. You will develop and maintain robust QMS aligned with legislative requirements and HelloFresh standards, embedding training and audit readiness across 20 hubs in DACH and 4 hubs in the UK.

You will drive KPI reporting, lead incident management, and foster a strong FSQA culture with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in logistics FSQA and EU food safety legislation.
• Experience with GFSI-recognised standards and BRCGS advantageous.
• Proven ability to establish and audit HACCP and QMS systems.
• Developing, implementing, and training FSQA processes across sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as FSQA expert for logistics in DACH and UK, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Set up governance, trackers, and KPI reporting for FSQA performance.
• Lead crisis and incident management with traceability and cold chain focus.
• Maintain QMS aligned with BRCGS Storage & Distribution standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, HACCP, and audit programs; train hub teams.
• Validate cold chain processes and manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and DC FSQA to embed standards.
