Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the fruit and vegetable ingredients industry.
• Deep knowledge of crop dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and quality parameters.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global sourcing strategy for fruit and vegetable ingredients.
• Monitor crop cycles and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers worldwide.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier performance.
