Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a field-based Business Development professional to drive new business in the flowers and perishables sector. The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, leading negotiations and contract discussions, and expanding the company’s market presence across the region.

You will identify opportunities, visit customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions while travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Experience within perishables, flowers or fresh produce is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills.
• Native/fluent Dutch and strong English.
• Proactive, structured and results-driven.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within the flowers and perishables market
• Develop and grow long-term customer relationships
• Lead commercial proposals, negotiations and contract discussions
• Conduct customer visits and actively develop business across the region
