Job summary

Nebius is seeking a seasoned Fixed Assets Accountant to own fixed asset accounting, support month-end close, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing, international environment. You will partner with finance, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Responsibilities include asset register management, depreciation processing, close leadership, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize capitalization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including fixed assets
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting tooling proficiency
• Independent ownership and proactive process improvement mindset
• Strong communication across international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain fixed asset register with accuracy and compliance
• Process acquisitions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and related transactions
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual fixed asset close, reconciliations, journaling, reporting
• Coordinate fixed asset stock counts and control procedures
• Collaborate with procurement, FP&A and operations to improve capitalization processes
• Support audits with documentation and responses to requests
• Identify opportunities for process automation in fixed asset workflows
• Enhance integrations and reporting across NetSuite and BlackLine
