Job summary

INDG │ GRIP is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to own financial control and reporting for our group of entities across several countries. You will drive monthly consolidation, annual accounts, and support external audits while implementing robust controls and processes.

You will report to the Finance Director and collaborate with four other finance professionals to improve close cycles and ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet through intercompany eliminations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years accounting experience.
• Experience within Big Four and/or US stock market listed companies.
• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) or local equivalent.
• Strong coordination and process implementation skills.
• Experience with driving system migrations.
• Experience with external audits from beginning till end.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own financial control and reporting for two operating companies (INDG and GRIP) across multiple countries.
• Lead monthly consolidation, annual accounts, and external audits.
• Develop and implement robust reporting policies and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance Director and a small team to improve close cycles.
