Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Global Finance Business Partner to drive value creation across Seed Operations and the Business Dynamic Open Field, and to serve as a trusted advisor to senior management. You will shape strategy and lead planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring high-quality financial analyses and investment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with around 10 years of relevant experience in Controlling and Business Partnering, preferably in a supply chain environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with drive and ambition to grow within the company.
• Strong analytical, strategic mindset and influence with Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plan-to-perform cycle, including best-in-class reporting, budgeting and forecasting across all dimensions.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and investment plans; drive business development activities (e.g., M&A).
• Act as a sparring partner to senior management and contribute to strategic decision making across Finance, Seed Operations and Business Dynamic.
