Job summary

Strohm is seeking a Finance Controller to lead IFRS-compliant financial reporting across our international manufacturing operations. You will own closing processes, balance sheet integrity, and interaction with auditors, while guiding AP/AR support and contributing to process improvements.

With 3–5 years of relevant experience, you will bring strong accounting discipline, ERP proficiency, and proactive collaboration with the Finance Director, CFO, and FP&A teams in a dynamic, project-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Economics or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience (external audit/assurance preferred).
• Strong IFRS knowledge, financial closing, statutory reporting, audit and balance sheet control; Dutch RA qualification is a plus.
• Analytical ability to translate complex accounting matters into practical treatment and clear documentation.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with ERP/consolidation/reporting systems preferred.
• Proactive, accurate, hands-on, can meet deadlines and improve processes & controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Own balance sheet control with reconciliations, entries, accruals and period-end estimates.
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and support tax compliance with specialists.
• Support consolidation, intercompany accounting and reporting for international entities.
• Improve internal controls, finance processes, ERP/reporting solutions, and automation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance for AP/AR activities and perform ad-hoc analyses.
