Job summary

Strohm Holding is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee IFRS-compliant reporting across our international footprint. You will combine accounting expertise with a hands-on focus on financial control, audit readiness and process improvements.

The role supports the Finance Director and interacts with FP&A, Project Control and other stakeholders. Ideal for a professional with 3–5 years in audit or assurance and a strong accounting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Economics or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in external audit/assurance.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, financial closing and statutory reporting.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to internal controls and documentation.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/consolidation systems preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closings and IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Own balance sheet control with reconciliations, accruals, provisions and estimates.
• Act as main contact for external auditors and support tax compliance.
• Support consolidation and intercompany accounting for international entities.
• Improve internal controls and finance processes; enhance ERP/reporting solutions.
• Provide guidance to AP/AR and assist Finance Director and FP&A with analyses.
