Job summary

Trelleborg Group in the Netherlands seeks a Finance Controller to oversee financial reporting, governance, and controls across the business. You will coordinate with local and international teams, support operational decisions, and drive improvements in cash flow, taxation, and compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years in finance leadership, and strong ERP implementation experience. Dutch-English communication is essential, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenues, costs, liabilities, credit exposure, and KPIs to forecast cash flow needs.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, tax obligations, and audits.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and revenue recognition improvements.
• Collaborate with local and global finance teams, auditors, and partners.
• Drive ERP implementation and process standardization to improve reporting.
• Lead and develop the finance team across Dutch entities.
