Job summary

Blue Wireless is seeking a Global Head of Field Services to oversee the safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction of field activities across 60+ countries. The role focuses on professionalizing the function, improving training, documentation and scalable processes for on-site installations, break/fix and de-install tasks.

• Extensive experience in Field Services or safety operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety processes.
• Experience working with multiple regions and vendors.
• Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage global field services across site surveys, installations and on-site support.
• Create and communicate field service processes and scope of work.
• Improve automation and integration with Service Delivery.
• Handle escalations and drive resolution.
