Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking an experienced Project Manager Real Estate & Facilities to lead facilities, infrastructure, and capital projects across Almelo and Eindhoven, with regular travel to Eindhoven and international travel as needed. You will develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and business cases, coordinating contractors and internal teams while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering facilities, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, or technical environments.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Manage building upgrades, utility improvements, maintenance-related investments, and workplace projects.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Facilities, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, Finance, and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Support sustainability and energy-reduction initiatives.
