The role serves as a senior advisor to executive leadership, aligning programs with business strategy, talent priorities, and market dynamics. It requires deep expertise, strategic mindset, and the ability to mentor compensation talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12–15+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership of enterprise or global programs.
• Experience leading compensation teams or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical capability and knowledge of global compensation policies.

Responsibilities

• Owns and governs enterprise executive compensation philosophy, frameworks, and decision guidelines.
• Establishes governance models for base pay, incentive plans, and executive compensation decisions.
• Partners with senior HR and Finance leaders to ensure programs are financially sustainable and compliant globally.
• Leads, coaches, and develops compensation team members; builds bench strength.
• Interprets market data to inform executive decision-making and enterprise trade-offs.
• Oversees development of base pay programs and incentive harmonization worldwide.
