Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a hybrid Logistics Coordinator with a focus on material preparation and SAP/SMS system management to support installation and field changes. You will ensure materials and tools are available on time, coordinate with the SCM team for maintenance and calibrations, and manage inventory and return plans while collaborating across ASML sectors.

The role offers growth toward a System Install Coordinator path, with exposure to controlled technology and global customer

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or in Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in semiconductor field or logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of logistic process, service order process, SAP and Planon is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for installations, upgrades and FCO.
Based on daily plan of works, ensure required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place.
Collaborate with SCM to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled with planning.
Coordinate material returns to lay down work area in a proper time, and ensure quality of critical part packing.
Manage inventory status and develop material usage/return plan with machine owner; secure backup tools.
Coordinate with other ASML sectors and ensure communication, resource sharing and assistance when needed.
