Just Eat Takeaway.com is offering an internship in the Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team in the Netherlands. You will listen to JETers, translate feedback into actionable ideas, and support culture programmes across markets with extensive guidance.

You will gain hands-on exposure to global people operations, work on meaningful projects, and develop skills in research, analysis, and change management while collaborating with a supportive team.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled as a university student in any field.
• Genuine interest in people, culture and a great place to work.
• Clear, friendly writing and ability to share ideas with all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn and ask good questions.
• Commitment to inclusion and recognizing diverse experiences at work.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents.
