Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Intern for Employee Experience, Culture and Listening in Amsterdam. You will assist the team with listening to JETers and translating feedback into ideas, while supporting culture programmes and messages across markets.

You will learn how a global people team operates with strong guidance, gaining hands-on experience in research, data analysis and programme delivery within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student in any field.
• Interest in people, culture, and great workplaces.
• Clear, friendly writing; can share ideas at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks.
• Curious mindset; asks good questions and learns continuously.
• Commitment to inclusion; recognizes different work experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a bonus.
• Experience with AI tools; prompting and building agents.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to employee experience work from onboarding to key moments in the JETer journey.
• Gather feedback through surveys and conversations, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bring our culture to life through programmes and events, from planning to follow-up.
• Help pilot new ways of working that could shape how JETers work globally.
• Own a global project from start to finish, with full team backing.
• Build skills in research, data analysis, and behaviour change to carry into your next role.
