Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a motivated intern to support the Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team. You will help listen to colleagues, turn feedback into actionable ideas, and contribute to culture programmes and messaging across markets.

You will work on real projects with hands-on guidance, learning how a global people team operates while receiving solid support throughout. English fluency and curiosity are essential.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled at university (any field).
• Genuine interest in people, culture and what makes a great place to work.
• Clear, friendly writing and ability to share ideas with all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Curious mindset with knack for asking good questions and learning.
• Commitment to inclusion and recognizing diverse experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a bonus.
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents.
