Job summary

Philips is seeking an All Employee Communications Leader in Amsterdam to transform all-employee communications into an employee experience. You will turn enterprise priorities into clear stories, enable dialogue, and help every colleague understand their part here at Philips.

The role requires leading global communications, delivering campaigns, coaching a team, and partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into action while championing responsible AI-enabled communications.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the global all-employee communications strategy and annual plan, aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Create human, inclusive narratives across diverse roles, markets and cultures.
• Lead end-to-end planning of major employee campaigns and change initiatives.
• Be an exceptional writer and editor setting the standard for clear, audience-led communications.
• Advise senior leaders to communicate with clarity, authenticity and impact.
• Coach and develop the All-Employee Communications team with high standards and ownership.
• Own the editorial and campaign ecosystem with a mix of leader-led, digital, live and local channels.
