Job summary

Philips is seeking an All-Employee Communications Leader based in Amsterdam to evolve employee communications into an strategic employee experience. You will turn enterprise priorities into clear stories, enable dialogue with leaders and help every colleague understand their role in Philips’ purpose.

You will set global strategy, lead major campaigns, mentor the All-Employee Communications team and partner across functions to deliver a scalable, locally relevant communications model that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of global internal/employee communications leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with high clarity and impact.
• Experience leading multi-market programs in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver global all-employee communications strategy and annual plan.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise-wide campaigns.
• Coach and develop the All-Employee Communications team.
• Partner with wider Communications and Brand teams to create coherent employee experience.
• Translate strategy and transformation into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Champion responsible AI-enabled communications.
