Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam offers an Intern Global eCom Trading role, joining the Global eCom Trading team that enhances onsite assortments, journeys and findability to help the right products appear to customers online. You’ll learn across Buying & Planning, Consumer Experience, Product Data and Trading Operations, gaining hands‑on exposure to data analytics, reporting automation, LLMs and prompt engineering.

The internship runs 01/02/2027–31/07/2027, is 39 hours per week, with 10 holidays, a monthly

Qualifications

Enrolled as a full‑time student for the entire internship.
Studying Business, Economics, Fashion, eCommerce, Data Analytics or similar.
Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027.
Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

Assist with Assortment Reviews and recommendations to local market Buying & Planning teams to optimize the product selection on our website.
Support the preparation of Trading Reporting deriving insights from product performance to drive action globally.
Research industry trends, consumer preferences and competitive strategies to improve assortment and data quality.
Help improve AI Discovery by outlining AI-powered search, conversational commerce and merchandising experiences.
Assist Trading Operations with building and testing the Reporting prompt library and automate datapoints.
