Job summary

Lonza Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking a Project Lead QC to unify customers, internal teams and project milestones in a fast-paced CGT environment. You will drive testing coordination, technology transfers and readiness for clinical and commercial production.

You will coordinate stakeholders across QC, Manufacturing and project management, manage transfer plans and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cGMP standards. A scientific background and QC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have technical/scientific background with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology QC and coordinating analytical method transfers.

Responsibilities

• Be a key QC contact for customers, building trust and sharing updates on testing, transfers and milestones.
• Proactively connect stakeholders across QC, Manufacturing and project management to drive decisions.
• Lead and coordinate QC technology transfers and new method introductions with technical experts.
• Maintain project plans, coordinate training and track activities amid changing priorities and timelines.
• Prepare, review and/or approve method transfer plans, protocols, reports and assessments.
• Coordinate QC input into change controls, deviations, investigations, validation and audit responses.
• Represent QC in meetings, communicate progress and risks while ensuring cGMP compliance.
