Job summary

JR286 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Hilversum, Netherlands. You will act as the primary point of contact for global distributors, managing the full order lifecycle from entry through delivery.

You will support the International Nike and Dakine accessories business and report directly to the Senior Manager, International Customer Service. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, effective communication, and collaboration with Logistics,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in international settings.
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent).
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with Oracle, DOMO, Monday.com, and Elastic is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned international distributors.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery process.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Planning to meet distributor needs.
• Proactively resolve issues related to logistics, order fulfillment, and payments.
• Coordinate invoicing and payment activities with Finance in NL and US.
• Bridge communication between internal stakeholders and distributors.
• Contribute to system and process optimization.
• Participate in calls outside standard hours as needed.
• Support the team with additional projects and assignments.
