Job summary

GloPros is seeking a Global D&T Category Manager to lead the global procurement strategy for Digital & Technology. You will optimize technology spend, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and manage key supplier relationships across SaaS, cloud, and enterprise software.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, mitigate risks, and deliver long-term value through strategic technology partnerships in an international, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of strategic procurement experience, with 5+ years in IT/Digital Technology.
• Strong knowledge of IT sourcing, SaaS, Cloud, and enterprise software.
• Proven experience negotiating complex global contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in international, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for SaaS, Cloud, and ERP/CRM.
• Lead complex sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• Manage strategic relationships with global technology vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Accenture.
• Partner with D&T, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Mitigate risks related to cybersecurity, compliance, and vendor dependency.
