Enza Zaden is seeking a Project Manager Digital Transformation to steer end-to-end initiatives within Road to Digital. You will partner with business stakeholders and Information & Digitalization to translate ideas into practical, value-generating solutions across the organization.

You bring a degree in Business Admin/Engineering/IT, proven PM experience in digital transformation, strong change management and Agile/Scrum knowledge, and a knack for aligning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or comparable level of working and thinking.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation, IT, technology, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies, Agile frameworks and Scrum.
• Affinity with digital technologies, data-driven solutions and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end projects across the organization.
• Translating business ambitions into clear project plans and achievable results.
• Aligning stakeholders and building strong partnerships across departments and management levels.
• Managing scope, planning, risks, budgets and project outcomes.
