Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager to drive the development and launch of digital capabilities and consumer experiences across EMEA. You will collaborate with Business, Digital, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and lead successful delivery of strategic digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program and project management experience.
• Experience leading digital, eCommerce, product, or technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and technology implementations.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex programs.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
