Enza Zaden is seeking a Project Manager Digital Transformation in Enkhuizen to lead the Road to Digital program, overseeing a portfolio of over 60 projects. You will collaborate with Information & Digitalization to turn ideas into practical, value-driven solutions and ensure adoption across the organization.

The role requires a structured leader with a track record in digital transformations, strong stakeholder communication, and a hands-on approach to driving change, analytics, and cloud-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Affinity with data-driven solutions and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects within the Road to Digital program across the organization.
• Translate business ambitions into clear project plans and achievable results.
• Align stakeholders and build partnerships across departments and management levels.
• Manage scope, planning, risks, budgets and project outcomes.
• Drive change and adoption to ensure sustainable results.
• Work on solutions involving data, cloud technologies, analytics, automation and AI.
