Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking an Interim Global Manager Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning and translate strategy into a tactical/operational plan for crops. You will drive S&OP, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, R&D and Production, and guide a high-performing team.

You will report to the VP Supply Chain and work to build planning capabilities, optimize processes, and implement advanced systems, ensuring a robust global supply chain in a dynamic

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands on experience with cross functional teams and leading your own team.
• Experience with complex stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Dutch.
