Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Project Manager Digital Transformation to lead end-to-end projects within our Road to Digital program, shaping solutions that leverage data, cloud, analytics, automation and AI across our international organization.

You will partner with business stakeholders and Information & Digitalization to translate ambitions into actionable plans, manage scope, budgets and change adoption, and deliver sustainable business value to the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable level of working and thinking.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation, IT, technology, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies, Agile frameworks and Scrum.
• Affinity with digital technologies, data-driven solutions and business process improvement.
• Experience in the seed, agricultural, biotech or life sciences sector is an advantage.

As Project Manager Digital Transformation, you will lead strategic projects within our Road to Digital program and help Enza Zaden strengthen its use of technology, data and digital capabilities. You will have the opportunity to shape solutions that create lasting value across our international organization.

Make a difference as Project Manager Digital Transformation

As Project Manager Digital Transformation, you will lead end-to-end projects within our Road to Digital program, a portfolio of more than 60 projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders and colleagues from Information & Digitalization to turn ideas into practical solutions. From project planning to implementation and adoption, you will help deliver sustainable business value. In this role, your work will include:

• Leading end-to-end projects across the organization;

• A gross monthly salary between €5.103 and €7.291 based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience;
• 8.33% vacation allowance and an attractive annual bonus program of 10% of your annual salary, depending on your job level and company performance;
• 25 vacation days, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and one paid vitality day per year, with extra vacation days granted as you get older;
• A laptop and mobile phone provided by Enza Zaden;
• A contribution toward overnight accommodation costs if you live farther away from Enza Zaden. This program applies to employees working for Enza Zaden in the Netherlands whose one-way commute exceeds 100 kilometers and 75 minutes;
