Allianz Benelux is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to drive a multi-year regional transformation, lead the Data & AI agenda, and oversee a multidisciplinary team. You will report to the Regional CEO and shape the enterprise operating model, customer experiences, and business performance across Belgium and the Netherlands.

This is a senior, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements, executive compensation, and development opportunities within Allianz University and international

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record of enterprise-wide transformations.
• Strong background in Data, Analytics and AI as strategic levers.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French advantageous.
