Job summary

Dentsu is hiring a Digital Operations Manager for the Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team. You will coordinate digital end-to-end processes, optimise data governance, and ensure consistency across multiple markets with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work setup, you will bridge planning and execution, collaborating with global and local teams to deliver on KPI targets and client data strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive Digital Media Operations experience within agencies or digital platforms.
• Experience with end-to-end digital media workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document standard operating procedures for digital operations across markets.
• Support rollout and adoption of best-practice processes for high-quality client deliverables.
• Align media operations with insights and reporting objectives for global clients.
• Write playbooks to instruct teams on processes.
• Ensure platforms configurations are documented and healthy.
• Deliver accurate data supporting reporting and insights.
