Job summary

Danone in the Netherlands seeks a Digital Transformation Director of Demand Planning to lead global transformation and digitalization of demand planning processes. This role drives a strategic roadmap, leveraging AI and predictive analytics, and manages a team of transformation managers and data scientists.

The position collaborates with IT, marketing, and regional COEs to ensure governance, training, and change management, delivering measurable improvements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Target Operating Model for demand planning across regions.
• Lead global transformation and digitalization initiatives for demand planning processes, using AI/ML and analytics.
• Monitor and improve performance of demand planning processes; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service to drive adoption of new technologies.
• Provide change management, training, and leadership to the transformation team.
