Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist to join its multinational MarCom team in Eindhoven. You will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, oversee visual assets, and drive demand generation and lead nurturing across platforms.

You will collaborate with global colleagues to deliver measurable outcomes, optimize SEO, content updates, and reporting. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing B2B digital campaigns.
• Experience with inbound/outbound marketing and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize multi-channel online marketing campaigns across channels.
• Manage graphic design assets and visual identity for campaigns.
• Lead generation, demand creation, and sales funnel optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and create reports with dashboards (Tableau, GA).
• Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams; manage content and SEO tasks.
