Job summary

Bleckmann seeks a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist to manage and optimize global online marketing programs and campaigns. You will drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and brand storytelling across multiple digital channels in a multinational MarCom team.

You will handle graphic design support, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics to boost business development and marketing performance. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing high-performing digital campaigns in B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset to optimize end-to-end customer journeys across channels.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and marketing automation.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and multichannel paid campaigns.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate demand and pipeline growth.
• Develop and execute integrated online marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
