Job summary

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, seeks a Global Digital Lead – Aquaculture at Skretting. You will own the aquaculture digital agenda, translate business priorities into actionable strategies and lead cross-functional teams across regions to drive growth and value realization.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, shape partnerships, and drive adoption of AI, analytics and automation across the portfolio, delivering measurable outcomes and ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within complex global organizations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms, with a value-driven mindset.
• Experience within aquaculture, agriculture, animal nutrition or a related industry, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer value drivers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities, customer needs and growth ambitions into a focused aquaculture digital agenda.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across precision feeding, farm performance, customer experience, formulation, value selling and operational efficiency.
• Shape and drive the Aquaculture digital roadmap, aligning investments, capabilities and resources with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Digital & Technology teams and Finance to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable growth and value realization.
• Maintain an external perspective on industry developments and convert insight into scalable solutions.
• Lead a small digital team and mobilize cross-functional stakeholders globally, driving governance and adoption of the digital portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• As the strategic digital partner to Skretting leadership, you’ll translate business priorities, customer needs and growth ambitions into a focused aquaculture digital agenda.
• You’ll identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across precision feeding, farm performance, customer experience, formulation, value selling and operational efficiency.
• You’ll shape and drive the Aquaculture digital roadmap, aligning investments, capabilities and resources with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Working closely with business leaders, Digital & Technology teams and Finance, you’ll ensure digital initiatives deliver sustainable growth, customer value, margin improvement and operational efficiencies.
• You’ll maintain an external perspective on aquaculture, customer and technology developments, converting insight into innovative and scalable solutions.
• Through collaboration with internal and external partners, you’ll help bring new capabilities from concept to adoption while ensuring long‑term value realization.

You’ll Also Need
