Job summary

INTERSPORT is seeking a Digital Designer to lead our Global Brand Marketing efforts from Amsterdam. You will own the Universal Design System, maintain the Figma libraries, and craft high-quality digital assets for campaigns, sponsorships and corporate comms.

You will shape customer journeys, drive omnichannel consistency and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Social and local teams to tell compelling brand stories across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, UX journeys and content creation.
• Deep understanding of design systems and UX best practices.
• Strong portfolio showing digital campaigns, social content and branded materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the INTERSPORT Universal Design System (UDS).
• Maintain the Figma component library and onboard teams.
• Create high-quality digital assets for global campaigns and sponsorships.
• Edit video, create motion graphics and retouch photography.
• Develop templates, playbooks and assets for National Organisations.
• Define digital experience requirements for global campaigns.
