Zusammenfassung

INTERSPORT International seeks an accomplished Digital Designer to join our Brand Marketing team. You will own and evolve the Universal Design System (UDS), maintain the Figma component library, and ensure digital experiences align with brand guidelines across global markets.

You will create high-quality digital assets for campaigns, sponsorships, PR and corporate communications, while shaping omnichannel customer journeys and content playbooks for National Organisations.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, UX/customer journeys and content creation, ideally within an international or global environment.
• Deep understanding of digital design systems and UX principles, including building, applying and handing over systems for implementation.
• Strong digital design portfolio with excellent visual storytelling, layout and attention to detail across digital campaigns, social media and branded content.
• Fluent English and a relevant university degree, with passion for design and emerging digital trends.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the INTERSPORT Universal Design System (UDS).
• Maintain the Figma component library and onboard internal and external teams.
• Ensure digital experiences reflect INTERSPORT brand guidelines and conduct digital audits.
• Create high-quality digital assets for global campaigns, sponsorships, PR and corporate communications.
• Design graphics for digital marketing, websites, newsletters, social media and events.
• Edit video and produce motion graphics; retouch and optimize photography.
• Develop templates and assets for National Organisations to implement locally.
• Partner with Brand and Category Marketing on campaign planning and digital experience requirements.
