Adyen is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join the Global Marketing team in Amsterdam. You will shape digital experiences for adyen.com, delivering templates and components aligned with our design system and brand guidelines.

Partner with product, frontend, and UX to ensure scalable, data-driven designs. You will coach colleagues, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed, while driving collaboration across regions.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional experience as a digital designer, including agency and B2B experience if possible.
• Strong UI/UX, design systems, and building for scale on commercial websites.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC; comfortable with AI design tools to scale and optimize designs.
• Portfolio includes component and systems work, responsive design, and measurable outcomes.
• Team player with collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter, able to meet deadlines, comfortable with iteration and feedback, and able to coach others.
• Full professional proficiency in English; some domestic and international travel required.

• Develop high-quality designs for digital experiences in line with the design system and brand guidelines.
• Create responsive designs for adyen.com and ensure scalability.
• Scope work and test feasibility with engineering; balance reuse and new elements.
• Manage multiple projects across all design stages from inception to delivery.
• Take ownership of projects, maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and development for alignment and outcomes.
• Identify and address project challenges, seeking solutions while keeping goals in focus.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, assets libraries for reuse across teams.
