Job summary

FiveNines Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager, resident in The Netherlands, for a Morocco project. You will coordinate design across the construction process, lead meetings with external teams, and ensure client requirements are met.

The role requires civil/construction background, multi-disciplinary coordination, and strong communication. Dutch residency is preferred for project locality, with international exposure and competitive package.

Qualifications

• Require civil/construction design background with management experience.
• Strong communication in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience coordinating design across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design project meetings and oversee external design teams.
• Liaise with other teams and departments to align on requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure requirements and expectations are met.
• Understand technical, regulatory, and commercial issues affecting design.
• Input to design from tender through project completion.
• Drive value engineering and innovation in project designs.
