Job summary

Haskoning in Nijmegen is seeking an experienced Design Manager (MCF/Data Centres) to lead multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects. You will manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and contract documents on complex data centre initiatives across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects, preferably in data centres.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope-of-work, design budget and contract documents for each project.
• Follow and update design delivery schedule and distribute workload within team.
• Coordinate and optimize design with multidisciplinary team and external parties.
• Lead and challenge design solutions and changes.
• Create and communicate innovative ideas and designs to client and team.
