Job summary

Siemens in The Hague is seeking a Creative Critical Power Architect to design and optimize data center electrical infrastructure from grid connection to IT load. You will engage in both sales capture and project execution, translating requirements into engineered, deployable solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a hands-on designer with 8+ years in data center power systems, capable of coordinating MV/LV components and interfacing with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering with at least 8 years of design experience in data centers.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, batteries and supporting infra.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, controls and civil disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end critical power architecture for data centers (MV/LV distribution) and interfaces.
• Convert requirements into engineered solutions, deliverables and interface definitions.
• Own design choices with their cost, schedule and performance impact and manage client relations.
• Support sales in technical strategy, clarifications and value engineering.
• Collaborate with international Siemens capture/execution teams and factories.
