Job summary

Siemens in The Hague, Netherlands, is seeking a Team Leader Solution Engineering E-house & Skid to steer a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers delivering modular power distribution solutions for hyperscale data centers worldwide.

The role blends people leadership with technical oversight and aims to raise engineering standards, coach junior engineers, and ensure sustainable project execution while collaborating with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in power distribution, modular construction, E-house or skid solutions.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a project-based environment.
• Proven experience in people management, coaching and team development.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, setting priorities and fostering collaboration.
• Grow capabilities via recruitment, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical and operational direction, drive quality, standardization, and innovation.
• Support bids and proposals with technical guidance and resource planning.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders; align global teams.
