HSO International invites a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ERP and digital transformation initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, quality, readiness, and customer adoption within multi‑team programs, coordinating across architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

You’ll drive execution with rigorous planning, risk management, and change control, while navigating a remote or hybrid setup and traveling as required (minimum 35%).

Competenze

• 3–5+ years experience delivering ERP, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Must exposure to Dynamics 365 ERP experience or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience in complex, multi-team or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Structured delivery frameworks and governance models.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned projects or complex program workstreams, ensuring scope, plan, dependencies, and customer readiness remain aligned.
• Participate in pre-sales and mobilization by shaping delivery plans, budgets, governance models, and risk assumptions.
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW) with accountability for assumptions, risks, and change control.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans aligning architecture, build, testing, and customer activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across architects, developers, consultants, testers, and customer SMEs.
• Monitor requirements gathering and set acceptance criteria; ensure backlog items are sized and ready for build.
• Drive testing readiness, including test planning, data readiness, environment coordination, defect management, and go-live preparation.
• Maintain RAID discipline; identify risks, issues, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
